The Scheming Housekeeper

After marrying Wesley, Daphne lives in luxury. Wesley brings home his sponsored student Elsie as housekeeper. Seemingly kind but secretly vicious, Elsie drives a wedge between them, mistreats Daphne, and poisons Catherine to death. Learning the truth, Wesley kills Elsie and goes to prison. Daphne divorces him, builds her career, and starts anew.
